If you don't remember your password you can always create a new one in a secure way. We show you how to do it:

Step 1

In the access screen of your portal you will find the option ‘I have forgotten my password’.’. Click there and follow the steps.

Step 2

Enter your NIF and click on the button of ‘Send’. We will send you an email to the email account you registered with Bilky.

Step 3

Once you have received the email, click on the following link ‘Change Password’ and you will be able to create a new password for your Portal.

Step 4

Again, you will have to enter your ID number and the new password you wish to create. Remember that for it to be secure it must be alphanumeric, at least 8 digits long, and contain upper and lower case letters. You must repeat the password twice and click on ‘Upgrade’.

Step 5

A ‘Success’ window will immediately open informing you that you have successfully changed your password.

If this window does not appear, you have not changed your password correctly. In that case, we recommend that you verify that you are not using Internet Exporer, and follow the steps again from the beginning.
