We talked to Expedo Asesores, clients of Bilky's Advisor Portal, who put on the table issues such as the possible difficulty in adapting to the mandatory electronic invoice.

On this occasion, this firm located in the Sevillian municipality of Lebrija, has also approached us to the reality of consulting in Spain, putting on the table issues such as the possible difficulty before the jump to the mandatory electronic invoicing of small, medium enterprises and self-employed, or the uncertainty or fear of some offices to digitize.

- How did you meet Bilky and what is the main use you make of the software? Through the Association of Economists. It facilitates the organization and management of work in the office, as well as helping to establish a closer connection between advisor and client in a more digital environment.
- What would you highlight and why would you recommend our software? The ability to manage invoices in the cloud and for the customer to have easy access to their documentation. I would recommend it to ensure greater efficiency in the process of document management and invoice posting. In addition, thanks to the Connector Module we have been able to have a closer digital link with the customer, thus allowing for greater immediacy in receiving invoices.
- Bilky enables the digitization of consulting firms, what would you say to a firm or company that is “afraid” to go digital? We understand that it is a process that can be complex at the beginning, but later it translates into an optimization of the work. (Bilky) makes the difficult easy, they help you to adapt the portal to the needs and suggestions you propose.
- With a view to the incorporation of the future obligation to issue electronic invoicing from your business and freelance clients, what do you expect from Bilky? It will be difficult at first, but once implemented, it will be a significant improvement for both the consulting firm and the business owner in the tax area.
