- ¿How did you meet Bilky?
We were looking on Google for a way to improve the document portal that we had installed on our website with “home-made” means and we had a first contact. The attention was extraordinary and from minute one we knew that we were in the same line of work. We were in perfect harmony and the recent The launch of the Connector Module (invoice scanner) dispelled any doubt that we had found our document supplier.
- ¿What moment in the trajectory of your consultancy would you highlight?
Our services se provided in the traditional way and we made the firm decision to initiate a process of digitalization and cloud services. In 2020, with the confinement, the bet made began to bear fruit and we were able to help our clients very effectively. From that moment on, our clients' reviews in RRSS definitely boosted the growth and consolidation of what is today our Firm.
- What would you highlight about Bilky?
It is our daily application of choice. We save a great deal of time in posting invoices and also reduce the possibility of human error to a minimum. with automatic information extraction. On the other hand, our customers have welcomed the new working system quite well and we have almost reached the goal of 100% going paperless.
- What do you expect from Bilky on your way to adapting to digital invoicing?
We now have the ideal tool: Factuconnect makes it easier for our customers to understand and access the digital invoice. and allows us to share the workspace with them to provide them with the help they need, in addition to the help they receive from Bilky's technical service.
