Program Purpose

The Referral Program aims to incentivize Bilky portal user advisors to recommend the service to other professional advisors, through a system of cumulative economic bonuses in a virtual wallet.

2. Participants

You can participate in the Referral Program:

• Advisors with an active account on the portal.
• That they are up to date on payments.
• That they have access to the referral panel enabled on their portal.

Bonuses will be solely allocated to the primary account holder associated with the portal.

3. Program Mechanics

3.1. Sending Recommendations

The advisor will be able to recommend the portal to other industry professionals through the dedicated panel, by sending an email invitation.

Each advisor will have a tracking panel where they can view the status of their recommendations at all times, with the following flow:

Guest → Demo Provided → Onboarded → First Payment Made

You can also view your complete history of recommended professionals and the status of each.

There is no limit to the number of recommendations an advisor can make.

4. Validity Requirements for the Recommendation

For a recommendation to be valid, all of the following conditions must be met:

1. The recommender must be a real professional advisor or firm, with verifiable professional activity.
2. You will not have been able to perform a demo of the portal within the 6 months prior to the recommendation.
3. It will not be possible to find it previously in the company's commercial database.
4. The demo will effectively be carried out.
5. Bilky's team must validate compliance with the above requirements.

The company reserves the right to verify each case and reject any recommendations that do not meet the requirements or show signs of fraudulent use.

5. Bonuses

The incentive system consists of two phases:

5.1. Bonus for completed demo

• Will be assigned 20 € in the recommender advisor's virtual wallet.
• This bonus will be paid once:
  • The demo has been effectively carried out.
  • The recommender has been validated as a real professional advisor.
  • It is confirmed that it meets the requirements established in section 4.

5.2. Hiring Bonus

• Will be assigned 100 € additional in the recommender advisor's virtual wallet.
• This bonus will only be generated when:
  • The recommended party should formalize their registration on the portal.
  • And have effectively paid their first installment.

In case the referred person enjoys a promotional or free period, the €100 bonus will only be generated when the first actual payment occurs.

There is no minimum stay required for the recommended person. Even if the recommended person cancels after the first month, the bonus will be valid as long as they have paid at least one effective installment. And if they return the receipt? Do we reserve the right to deduct the bonus?

There is no time limit between the invitation and the hiring.

6. Virtual wallet

Bonuses will accumulate in a virtual wallet visible on the user dashboard.

6.1. No expiration of balance

The accumulated balance does not expire as long as the advisor keeps their account active on the portal. Decide whether or not the wallet expires

In the event that the recommending advisor is terminated as a portal client, they will automatically forfeit any accumulated balance that has not been previously redeemed.

The recommended advisor's departure will not affect bonuses already earned.

7. Balance Redemption

The accumulated balance may be redeemed under the following conditions:

• Minimum redemption amount: 10 €.
• The balance will be redeemed exclusively for Amazon gift cards.
• The cards will only be sent to the primary email address associated with the advisor's account.
• Shipping time will be up to 15 calendar days since the redemption request. A week?

No bank transfers will be made, nor will alternative payment methods be accepted.

8. Fraud and Abuse Prevention

In order to guarantee the integrity of the program:

• Recommendations from individuals who are not actual advisors will not be accepted.
• Fictitious, simulated, or created registrations solely for the purpose of obtaining the bonus will not be accepted.
• Multiple registrations associated with the same entity for abusive purposes will not be accepted.
• Temporary or suspicious emails will not be accepted.
• Recommendations for contacts that are already part of the commercial database will not be validated.

The company may cancel bonuses, block the wallet, or exclude the participant from the program if it detects signs of fraud or abusive behavior.

9. Program Modification or Cancellation

Bilky reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the Referral Program at any time.

The modifications will not affect any bonuses that have already been correctly generated and validated before the modification date.

10. Taxation

The participant will be responsible for fulfilling any tax obligations that may arise from receiving the bonuses.
