Collections and Payments Control

Available on the platform from March 2026. The control of receipts and payments is now part of Bilky and incorporates a system for managing the collection and payment status of invoices, designed for both companies and freelancers. This functionality provides a clear view of the status of each invoice and facilitates the tracking of pending, collected or paid invoices.

Electronic Invoicing with Public Administration

Available on the platform. Bilky incorporates the generation of e-invoices through FACe (Facturae), allowing work with public administration clients who require this specific format.

  • Create Public Administration clients with the specific data required

  • Include mandatory information from FACe as an accounting office, management body, and processing unit

  • Generate invoices in Facturae format adapted to the Administration's requirements

  • Download and present the invoice directly on the FACe portal of the Public Administration
