Natural evolution of consultants: new technologies<\/strong><\/h3>\n

New technologies enable consulting firms to offer new services to their clients. <\/strong>Therefore, consultancies face a challenge: if they adapt to new technologies, they will continue to grow, while if they do not, they will stagnate.

\nHaving a labor consultant is more than vital when launching any business.<\/strong> They are in charge of many procedures and we always have the certainty that all the procedures they carry out are done correctly.
\n
\nIt is a task that can be shared with the Human Resources Department of the company they are advising. In this way, responsibilities are shared and at the same time costs are reduced.
\n
\nHowever, it is difficult for a company, with its own concerns and responsibilities, to keep up with all the changes in labor legislation. This is when the services of a good advisor become essential.
\n
\nIn the market we have a number of applications and programs that help to make work management much easier. <\/strong>The consultancy can teach the company how to use this type of tools, and share its results. The company and the consultancy will always be connected.

\nNatural evolution of consultants: Network System<\/strong>
\n
\nThe Network System is a service provided to companies, groups of companies and professionals by the Social Security. <\/strong>It is used to exchange information between TGSS and users using the Internet.
\n
\nIt allows access to company and employee data and to send documents, such as direct debits or electronic payments, manage registrations and leaves, maternity or paternity leave, etc. It is essential to control how it works, since it greatly facilitates the work of a consultancy.

\nIt began operations in 2006. <\/strong>Initially, some managers found it difficult to accept this change. They were used to bringing all the documentation in person to the Treasury and this new system did not give them much confidence. But they soon realized the many advantages.<\/p>\n

E<\/strong>natural evolution of the <\/strong>a<\/strong>sesors<\/strong>: <\/strong>Mandatory Electronic Notifications<\/strong>

\nAs stated in the regulations of the Common Administrative Procedure of the Public Administrations, which regulates the cases of mandatory administrative notifications and communications by electronic means within the scope of the State Agency of Tax Administration, there are certain entities that are obligated to receive n<\/strong>etifications and communications from the AEAT in electronic form<\/strong>.<\/strong>

\nConsultancy firms must inform their clients of this service, if they are obliged to use it, and check that they comply with its conditions.
\n
\nThe notifications came into effect in 2011 and although some advisors found it hard to change the chip, they soon experienced their advantages.

\nNatural evolution of advisors: Data Protection Law<\/strong>
\n
\nOn May 25, 2018, the new Organic Law on Data Protection will come into force. <\/strong>(LOPD). The new changes are intended to provide a single EU framework for all matters relating to data protection.
\n
\nIt is essential for advisors to be aware of all the changes that will occur, first to implement them themselves, and of course, to help their clients to do so as well.
\n
