If you provide us with data of third parties, you must previously inform and request their consent to such persons, otherwise you exempt us from any liability for failure to comply with this requirement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
We may process data of third parties as service providers to different users. In this case, we sign an exhaustive contract for the provision of services, through the Legal Notice and conditions, at the time of registration of the service. The same are always at the disposal of the user and downloadable for consultation in an exercise of maximum transparency.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
What about data on minors?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\nWe do not process data from children under 14 years of age, so please refrain from providing it if you are under 14 years of age.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Users who send test e-mails through their mail to different guests to use the service, must guarantee that they are at least 14 years old.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

To which recipients will your data be communicated?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\nYour data will not be disclosed to third parties, unless legally required. In particular, they will be communicated to the State Agency of Tax Administration and to banks and financial institutions for the collection of the service provided.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
They will be communicated to third party processors that we hire, necessary for the execution of the services, always within the framework of a contractual relationship for the provision of services, in accordance with the regulations of the GDPR, and that which develops it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
In case of purchase or payment, if you choose any application, web, platform, bank card, or any other online service, your data will be transferred to that platform or will be treated in their environment, always with maximum security.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
When we order it, the hosting company will have access to our service, with the only purpose of verifying the security, recovering information, or guaranteeing the high availability of the information. They will have signed a service contract that obliges them to maintain the same level of security as we do.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
We use applications that may involve an International Transfer of data to the United States. This will only be done to entities that have adhered to the USA-EU Data Privacy framework, or failing that, to those that have demonstrated that they comply with the regulations, and have committed through standard contractual clauses (SCCs) to comply with the level of protection and guarantees in accordance with the parameters and requirements set out in the current European regulations on data protection, such as the European Regulation, or failing that, when there is a legal authorization to carry out the international transfer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
If a user communicates data to another user through BILKY, the data will be integrated into the portal of the recipient user, and from that moment on, each user will independently manage the information to which he\/she has been given access.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
If a user communicates data to a third party, the data will be sent via a temporary 24-hour link. The communication has means of protection to ensure that a malicious user cannot access the documentation, even if he has the access link.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
